Woodbridge Art Club Lacework

Quayside Lacemakers was formed in the early 1980s and thanks to Sheila Mayston we found a home at Woodbridge Art Club. We meet in the club on the 1st, 3rd and 5th Thursday of the month, between 10am and 2pm. Bobbin Lace is our primary interest but we also do tatting, crochet, needle and knitted lace. We do not have a tutor but pool our knowledge to help each other. Our lace is included in the exhibitions and is for sale. Visitors have the opportunity to see us demonstrating occasionally when the exhibition is open or visit during our normal meetings. We would welcome new lacemakers.
